If the damage is confirmed, we will process a refund for the full amount of the damaged item.

You do not need to return the damaged item. You may keep it or dispose of it as you see fit.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

Items that are not damaged upon delivery are not eligible for a refund under this policy.
